Government (in Russia) to raise quota of foreign students by 33%

The Russian government plans to increase the number of state-funded university places allocated to foreign students from 15,000 to 20,000, a rise of 33%, starting from January next year.
The extra places will be set in the Moscow State University, the Saint Petersburg State University, the Higher School of Economics and other top universities.
