When was the last time you asked yourself this question? It’s hard for anyone to admit they’re wrong. It’s even more difficult for someone in a leadership role. We expect our leaders to have all the answers. We expect them to always be right. But when leaders are determined to have all the answers, they stay within the bounds of what they know and that’s a very dangerous place. For all of us.
